Article 1: Definitions 1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings: - Entrepreneur : Black Stallion Ruitersport, established at Industrieweg 5, 8471AD Wolvega, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 78554527. - Consumer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur. - Products : all goods offered by the entrepreneur in the store and webshop. - Agreement : any agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 2: Applicability 2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Black Stallion Ruitersport, both in the physical store and in the webshop. 2.2 By placing an order or concluding an agreement, the consumer declares to agree to these conditions. 2.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3: Offer 3.1 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur. 3.2 The offer in the webshop is valid as long as stocks last. 3.3 The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices and conditions.

Article 4: Prices and Payment 4.1 All prices stated are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop or at the checkout in the store. 4.3 In the event of late payment, the entrepreneur reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

Article 5: Delivery and Risk 5.1 The delivery of webshop orders takes place at the address specified by the consumer. 5.2 The entrepreneur strives to complete the delivery within the specified period, but is not liable for delays beyond his control. 5.3 The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal 6.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason. 6.2 The consumer must return the products unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. 6.3 The costs for return shipment are for the account of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. 6.4 After receipt of the returned products, the entrepreneur will refund the paid amount within 14 days.

Article 7: Complaints procedure 7.1 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable period, fully and clearly described. 7.2 The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. 7.3 If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can submit the dispute to a competent authority.

Article 8: Liability 8.1 The entrepreneur is only liable for direct damage that is the result of intent or gross negligence. 8.2 The entrepreneur is not liable for consequential damage, indirect damage, lost profit or missed savings. 8.3 The entrepreneur's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

Article 9: Force Majeure 9.1 The entrepreneur is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if he is prevented from doing so by force majeure. 9.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the entrepreneur's control, which prevents the fulfilment of obligations in whole or in part.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes 10.1 All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the entrepreneur is established.

Article 11: Privacy 11.1 The entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in the privacy statement on our website.

Article 12: Amendments 12.1 The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will enter into force at the time of publication on the website.
