Right of withdrawal

For in-store purchases
When purchasing in our physical store, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days after the purchase date. You can return the product to the store where you bought it, provided that:

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• All parts and accessories are complete.
• The product is in its original packaging.

Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase if you wish to return your product.

For purchases via the webshop
When purchasing via our webshop, you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. You can do this by informing us of your decision in writing or by e-mail. If necessary, use the enclosed return form for this.

Conditions for withdrawal

• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• The original packaging, accessories and labels must be returned complete and in good condition.
• For riding articles, such as saddles, blankets and bridles, no traces of use may be visible.
• Hygiene products, such as riding helmets, body protectors and underwear, must not have been worn or used.
• Personalized products (e.g. items with name or logo) are excluded from returns.

Returns process

1. Register your return by email, telephone or by completing the withdrawal form.
2. Please return the product to the address provided or bring it to our store.
3. After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused or result in a reduction in value.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Personalized or custom-made products, such as saddle pads with names or custom-made bridles, cannot be returned.
• Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as riding helmets and underwear, are excluded.
